We operate a no-kill cat shelter in Bossier City, Louisiana and adopt cats into loving homes. We pull cats from high kill shelters, provide them vetting and care, and house them until we can find forever homes through adoption! We have a physical shelter and several foster homes where we house these sweet animals. We are completely volunteer-based, and we run on donations from individual donors! Our goal is to save as many cats as we can and find them perfect homes.

Trap-Neuter-Return Operations

Trap-Neuter-Return Operations

At Port City Cat Rescue, we believe that TNR operations are at the heart of any successful rescue organization. Without spaying and neutering cats, we cannot hope to prevent future litters and control the feral population. Feral cats can be a very beneficial part of your neighborhood! Please visit our FAQ page, resource page, or Alley Cat Allies for more information.
